I like to explain what I do simply: It is holding space and safety for you as I draw from my skill set, training and experience to support your body, mind and spirit as you journey from a state of discomfort to a state of balance, calm and comfort.
I work from the paradigm that your body and its inner wisdom already know what you need to reach your optimum state of health and well-being. This philosophy creates space for your session to unfold uniquely for you while I hold a safe container for your process. In order to support you, I have multiple modalities I can draw from.
My primary tools are CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki. I have advanced training in CST and am a Reiki master and teacher. I also am certified in a number of other areas. I am currently studying Bach Flower Essences and am developing other helpful supports.
