With recent events in my life and in the lives of my family, the importance of good nutrition has come to the forefront.
I have been a big fan of Juice Plus+ for many years, as most of my clients know. And recently, when I unknowingly ingested a dessert that had ingredients with potential for toxicity in some people (color me sensitive), I was even more grateful for my supply of Juice Plus+ chewables. Those and some berries and Power of 7 juice from Trader Joe’s (a good antioxidant blend) were pretty much all I could eat for more than a week. The Juice Plus+ kept the nutritional intake far better than it would have been otherwise. And the increased amount of fruits that it gave me helped my body cleanse itself. I added to that regular castor oil packs and bentonite clay, but that’s another story for another blog.
In addition to this critical moment in my life, I’ve noticed my hair get thicker, and my skin is softer. Also, back when I first started Juice Plus+ my bloodwork improved noticeably after a year of regularly taking it.
I’ve watched my sister’s family grow up healthy and strong on it. My niece attests to the fact that she never once had a cramp during her cycle until sometime in her twenties, during the lean financial years of getting started out of college, when she didn’t take it. She experienced her first painful period, got back on Juice Plus+ and has been fine since.
My significant other is a robust, hardworking beekeeper and an IT manager for a major corporation – he’s busy and sometimes stressed! He used to experience chills and a slight fever when he got run down. No longer. Since taking Juice Plus+ he still gets too tired sometimes, but extra sleep fixes him up and his immune system stays strong.
There’s more that I could say, but I just wanted to share some of the benefits I’ve found in taking Juice Plus+ regularly. If you’d like to try it, or want to read more about it, you can do so here: Juice Plus+ Jana
And you can always ask me about it personally.
Thanks for reading, and have a wonderful day!
