3 Ways to Take Good Care of Yourself

So, you’re thinking that you need to get that pain seen to. Or you know you have some “stuff” to deal with and it’s affecting the health of your body and the joy of your soul. You think about getting care, but you never quite know where to start.

If that sounds familiar, I’ve created three options to help you. I like to call them The Over the Moon Wellness Plans because . . . that’s fun. When your last name is Moon, it’s kind of fun to play with that. And fun = happy = healthy, i.e., over the moon with joy. But enough of that. What are these options?

Great Start – is the place to begin if you’ve got some issues you’d like to address, but aren’t sure if what I do can help. Three sessions will give most people a good idea of how their body will respond. It’s a savings off each session price, and so makes the most sense. One session is usually not enough time for your body to respond significantly. If it took you a while to get where you are, give yourself a little time for improvements. Try 3 with Great Start and save 10%.

  • 3 sessions in 3 weeks
  • Assessment and treatment to initiate your healing process
  • Helps the body reset, release, and move forward toward health and balance

Commit to Care – you’ve done three sessions, and you can tell that your body is responding and that the work is going to help. Commit to Care invites you to invest in your own wellness. It’s enough sessions to help most moderate issues. And it’s a series that will get us well on our way with more serious problems. Do a series of 6 in 8 weeks and save 15%.

  • 6 sessions in 60 days
  • 1 session a week for one month, then 1 session every other week for one month
  • Consistent care to address significant issues and long-standing problems
  • Tapering to every other week to assess progress and ability to move into maintenance

Maintain My Health – you’re feeling much better and you realize that while we want our bodies to feel good without care, that’s not really reasonable given the amount of activity, stress, and unexpected events we can encounter in the course of our lives. Maintain My Health is a program of ongoing care to, well, maintain the good condition you are now in. Care for a year.

  • 12 monthly sessions a year
  • Regular care to maintain balance and prevent problems
