Reiki Share is a gathering of like-minded Reiki practitioners who participate in group healing treatments on each other. The purpose is to create an opportunity for attuned practitioners to give and receive Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, and positive energy.
During a Reiki Share each person receives a multi-hands session. The participants take turns with one person at a time lying on a table while the other practitioners gather around that person, laying their hands upon them and facilitating a collective flow of Reiki energies. Group energies are often very strong and can be more penetrating than individual sessions. Though each session in a share is usually short, about 15-20 minutes per person, the effect of group Reiki can be profound. It’s a wonderful way to experience Reiki and a great place to give and receive with others or practice if you are not a full-time Reiki professional.
Can I get coaching for my Reiki practice?
Yes! In addition to the share time, I will offer help for any questions or issues that arise during the sessions. I am also available for short discussion if you want help with a question privately, while the group is working in a session.
When and where are the Reiki Shares held?
I host shares here at Moon Healing Arts. The dates are listed on my scheduling page here. Shares will usually be from 1:00pm – 4:00pm on a Saturday.
Is there a cost?
Participation in the share is $20 at the door per person or $15 when you sign up online.
How do I sign up?
I ask that people sign up rather than show up because space is limited. Please sign up here. Sign up will be open 30 days prior to the Share date.
I will usually have water and light snacks available. You’re welcome to bring your own refreshment. Please come grounded and ready to enjoy some Reiki. See you there!
NOTE: Schedules sometimes adjust as the year changes. So if you can’t make a certain date, please keep watching here or on my FaceBook page for changes or additional classes. You can also email me to let me know you’re interested and I’ll put you on my list to notify when a class is scheduled. You can also subscribe to my blog here, where I post updates about workshops and other things.
