A summer workshop series for teens to build skills and learn tools to help them calm anxious feelings, still the body and mind during exams or other stressful moments, learn about experiencing the world from an embodied perspective, and learn to trust their inner wisdom’s voice.
This workshop will span the summer consisting of 1 day every three weeks for a total of 4 days.
