I believe that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself if given the proper support. The therapies I offer allow the body to release areas of restriction in a gentle and comfortable way creating a custom solution to the problem that is causing pain or discomfort.

My work is based in the tissue, with the body guiding the process so that your sessions unfold in the most appropriate way for you. This can include the release of emotional issues, as those can be very much a part of the holding pattern in the body. I am trained to support the somato-emotional release process. Emotional release will only arise as needed naturally. It is supported in a non-invasive and respectful way. Your body knows all that is needed to find and release emotional pain, and it will function better without holding all of those stories. Peace.
